The Purpose of Prayer

Practical Application for Prayer:
1. Start small and simple — Pick a consistent time and place to meet with God daily. Even 10–15 minutes of sincere prayer is powerful.

2. Use the Lord’s Prayer as a framework — Begin with praise, align with God’s will, bring your needs, deal with your heart, and trust His protection.

3. Listen as much as you speak — Prayer is a two-way street. Make room for silence and let the Lord speak to your heart.

4. Keep a prayer journal — Record what God is showing you, what you're praying for, and how He's answering.
